By using Vyarna you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully so you understand your rights and obligations.

Use of the Service

Vyarna provides informational content and tools that help you manage your account and purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for complying with all applicable laws when using our services.

Vyarna Returns and Refunds

1) Before your order ships: cancel any time for a full refund. Preorders are charged when you place the order. Cancel from your account under Orders, or email hello@vyarna.com.

2) After your order ships: Vyarna is a food product for babies, so for safety reasons we cannot accept returns once it has shipped.

3) Damaged, wrong, or missing items: email hello@vyarna.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back.

4) Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5) Shipping: we ship only within the United States. Shipping is not included in the price; you pay the standard postal rate at checkout (typically up to $15, delivery 2–5 business days after we ship).

Content and Liability

All content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vyarna is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of Vyarna after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes when required by law.
